Understand planned tenant report sections and private podcasts

Future tenant-specific reports and podcasts, separate from current feeds, alerts and recordings.

Written by Tom Arbuthnot

Planned features: live tenant-specific report sections and private podcast feeds are not available yet and are not part of the first release. Older beta preview cards or empty sections demonstrated an intended experience; they do not establish a live subscription or working feed. The wider report previews are deferred beyond launch.

Sent only to your tenant

A future tenant-specific report section may highlight high-impact messages sent specifically to your connected tenant. Monthly Top 5 and the earlier Monthly: Most Important Changes now refer to the same curated monthly Bulletin; they are not two launch publications. It is separate from the main editorial selection and is not planned inside each area report.

The design selects genuinely tenant-specific items in the edition's window with high admin or user impact, excluding items already covered in the main report. A connected tenant and the relevant paid entitlement will be required. Seeing a standard-feed item does not establish that it was sent only to your tenant.

There is no released tenant report section with live tenant results. Which plan will include it, Plus or Business, remains to be confirmed.

Private monthly podcasts

The planned podcast turns monthly editions into audio conversations, with AI voices and selected Change Call excerpts. The intended service provides a private feed for each eligible paid member so they can listen in a podcast app.

There is no working personal feed URL to copy from the current beta. Do not add a sample wireframe URL to a podcast app. Feed delivery, access control and production of the first episodes are still being built.

What you can use now

Watch existing Monthly Change Call recordings and use linked item explainers where your plan includes them. You can also review the feeds and use Plus saved-View and watch-list alerts. The monthly Bulletin is a separate HubSpot email, with new-account audience setup still being verified. The wider in-app report previews are deferred beyond launch.
