In your dashboard head over to Merchants and look for the client
Click on More and Get Signup Link
If you've already completed the onboarding for the merchant, you can keep all the other options uncheck and simply keep No tutorial (just create login) checked
Copy this link and send it to your client.

Have your client login to the chargeback management app
Head over to Settings > Integrations and look for Shopify
Follow the prompts on the page when you click Add
Click Save
