To get started and update your nonprofit's information, follow these simple steps:
Verify Your Representative Status:
Submit your request to become the representative here: https://www.charitynavigator.org/portal. Once fully verified, you can use the same nonprofit portal link to upload and edit information. Alternatively, go to your nonprofit's public profile page and click "Is this your nonprofit" to access the portal.
Update General Information (Name, Address, Mission paragraph etc.):
Click on the "Profile" tab.
Choose the section you want to update (name, address, website).
Verify the information and click "Submit" to save changes.
