As you look through each section of your nonprofit’s page on Charity Navigator, you will see the specific details of how the nonprofit was scored for each metric which will also indicate how you may improve the rating.

You can enter new information to improve your score in the nonprofit portal: https://www.charitynavigator.org/portal. The score will be updated during the next scheduled rating update (see the portal for upcoming deadlines).
