Processing Time
Standard Orders: Typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Custom & Large Orders: Custom items and large "loot bag" orders require extra love and care. These may require a longer turnaround time. Please check the specific product page for production estimates.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $150: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Orders over $150 (before tax): We offer FREE Standard Shipping within Canada.
Carrier Selection & PO Boxes We work with major couriers to ensure your package arrives safely.
Street Addresses Only: Because we are currently using private couriers (like UPS/FedEx/Canpar) to ensure reliability, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to avoid delays.
Right to Select Carrier: To provide the most efficient service, we reserve the right to change the shipping carrier selected at checkout (e.g., switching from UPS to FedEx), provided that the new carrier offers the same or faster delivery timeline as the method you originally selected.
Local Pickup (Toronto) If you are local, you can select "Store Pickup" at checkout.

Turnaround: Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours.
Notification: Please do not head to the shop until you receive a specific email notification stating your order is "Ready for Pickup."
Note: Custom orders or large party orders may take longer than 24 hours to prepare.
Lost or Stolen Packages Please ensure your shipping address is secure. Charlie Pickles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the courier. If you have concerns about your delivery location, please use the tracking number provided to manage delivery preferences directly with the carrier.
