We have 2 different return policies + return processes, depending on how you ordered. Although they are very similar, there are some key differences.

Please note that in each case, certain items fall under "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is to ensure the quality of product for all customers, including yourselves.
Final Sale
The following items are considered final sale upon purchase.
Sale items (will be noted as SALE)
Personalized items and / or Custom
Any food items
Self Care products - Including, but not limited to lotions, bath, soaps, lip balms
Items purchased at our warehouse or sidewalk sale
Seasonal Merchandise: Seasonal items (e.g., Holiday, Valentine's, Easter) are Final Sale immediately upon purchase even if they have yet to ship in online orders.
GIFT RETURNS If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it (providing it meets the return criteria above, it is in sellable condition and part of our current inventory), we will issue you a Store Credit for the current selling price of the item but is also at the discretion of the staff.
