Although at first glance Charlie Pickles may seem like just a retail store, we're also a working design studio and a shipping hub for our online business. We’re a small, hands-on team, and behind the scenes we’re often balancing many moving parts at once.
We believe in building a business that sustains us rather than drains us. That sometimes means closing the retail doors so we can meet other responsibilities, studio production, online orders, sick kids, or family life. But it also explains our hours during the week. We open later in the day so we can work on online orders and production.
As we grow, we hope to expand our team and our hours. For now, this balance is what allows us to keep creating thoughtfully, showing up fully, and doing this work with care.
In the event that we have to close for an extended period of time to meet our obligations, we will update google, and our website. We know arriving to a locked door can be disappointing, and we’re genuinely grateful for your understanding.
