Easiest explanation ..... Everything in your cart = gift box.
When you check out, everything in your cart will be packaged together as one gift. So that means anything you add during your gift box builder plus any additional items you add elsewhere online at Charlie Pickles, are all combined into one gift box.
This means:
✅ If you are shipping your gift to someone, everything is sent as a gift. So we can't ship a gift box, and then items on the side. A shipped gift is everything in your cart.
⚠️ If you are picking up your gift box in store, please make sure you place Gift Box items as one order and one checkout. Place a separate order for items you don't want added to your gift box.
🎁 + 🎁 + 🎁 If you’re creating multiple gifts, please complete each one as its own order and checkout. We aren't able to determine what items in a cart go with each gift box.
📆 We cannot schedule a delivery date of gifts as we rely on our shipping partners for deliveries
