Ready for an extra level of protection on your Charlie account? You can enable 2FA from within your Charlie account. Make sure you have your phone handy, you will need to download an authenticator app to finish the set up.

To turn on 2 Factor Authentication:

  • Head to your profile.

  • Select Settings from the tab menu in the header.

  • In the 'Two Factor Authentication' section, select 'Make my account more secure'.

  • Read the given steps and follow the instructions to download the appropriate app and how to scan the QR code to set up your code on your app.

  • If you're happy, select 'ok, turn two step on'.

  • You will then need to scan the QR code with your phone to finish the set up in your authenticator app

All done!

Lost your device with your 2 factor authentication app and locked out of your account? Speak to your company super admin and ask them to disable 2 factor authentication on your behalf, then you'll be able to log into your account. We are unable to disable this on your behalf. You can read more about troubleshooting 2FA here.

Note: It's not possible to require 2FA to be enabled company wide, however admins and super admins are able to pull a security report that will show who has enabled 2FA on their account. This security report can be found in the report tab under the company section.
