If you have lost your phone or are having issues with your authenticator app, we can switch two factor authentication (2FA) off for you. This will allow you to log onto Charlie again.
To allow us to securely verify that this is you we will need you to email in email@example.com requesting us to disable your 2FA. We will also need one of the super admin's for your company to log into Charlie and message in via live chat confirming this request.
