Note: Only Super Admins/Admins can do this
Does your company have more than one location or office? No problem - you can easily set up different offices on CharlieHR!
Adding a new office:
Expand the Company Tab on the side navigation menu.
Select 'Offices' at the bottom of the Company section.
Select 'Add Office', enter the office name and select 'Create Office'.
Now you can go to 'All' tab on People pages and move people to offices in bulk.

Assigning people to offices:
Head to People from the side navigation.
Make sure you are on the 'All' tab and list view is selected.
Select all the people you want to assign to an office.
Select 'Change office' button on top of the page.
Assign people to the office you wish and 'Update Office' to save
Renaming an existing office:
Expand 'Company' in the side navigation.
Click on the 'Office' tab.
Select the edit/pencil icon next to the Office you want to rename and click save
