If your time off request is a future booking:

  1. Go to your profile by clicking in the top right hand corner
  1. Select the 'Time off' tab
  2. In the upcoming time off section, find the booking you want to edit/cancel and click the pencil icon to edit and the bin icon to cancel it
  3. If you are editing it, enter the new date range and click 'Submit'.

Your time off approver(s) will be notified of changes you make.

Time off that has already past
If you need to edit/cancel day(s) off that have already passed you’ll need to ask your manager, team lead, or any Admin or Super Admin to help you. They will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Select the 'Time off' tab. 
  3. Select 'History' in the Time Off card.
  4. On the booking, click the edit icon
  5. Select deny.
  6. Click on 'Submit Decision'

Then both you and them will be able to delete the booking.
