Here are the steps to cancel or edit your time off booking, if your time off request is a future booking:

  1. Go to your profile by clicking in the top right hand corner.
  2. Select the 'Time off' tab
  3. In the upcoming time off section, click the edit or cancel icons next to the booking to amend 
  4. When editing, enter the new date range and click 'Submit'.

Your time off approver(s) will be notified of changes you make.

For booking in the past, your time off approvers, an Admin or a Super Admin will need to:

  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Select the 'Time off' tab. 
  3. Select 'History' in the Time Off card.
  4. On the booking, click the edit icon
  5. Select deny.
  6. Click on 'Submit Decision'

Then both you and them will be able to delete the booking.
