Need to change the dates of your leave? Your time off approver will be able to do this on your behalf.

If your Time Off request hasn't been approved, you can simply delete the booking and start again.

If it's already been approved, the holiday will first need to be denied by one your Time Off approver(s), an Admin or a Super Admin. Then you'll be able to delete it.

If the holiday has not been approved

To change your Time Off booking:

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner.
  2. Select Time Off from the tab menu.
  3. Next to the booking in the Time Off card, click edit or cancel to amend.
  4. When editing the Time Off, enter the new date range and click 'Submit' to confirm.

Your Time Off approver will be notified of changes you make.

If your booking has already been approved

For upcoming time off your Time Off approver, an Admin or a Super Admin will need to:

Head to your profile.

  • Go to your profile.
  • Select Time Off from the tab menu.
  • Next to your upcoming leave in the Time Off card, click the edit icon.
  • Select deny.
  • Click on 'Submit Decision'

For Time Off in the past, your Time Off approver, an Admin or a Super Admin will need to:

  • Go to your profile.
  • Select Time Off from the tab menu.
  • Select 'History' in the Time Off card.
  • On the booking, click the edit icon.
  • Select deny.
  • Click on 'Submit Decision'

Then as a team member you will be able to delete the booking.
