If your time off request hasn't been approved you can delete or change your booking yourself.  However if it's already been approved, someone who can approve your holiday will have to change or delete things for you.

If the holiday has not been approved

  1. Go to your profile by clicking in the top right hand corner.
  2. Select the 'Time off' tab
  3. Next to the booking, click edit or cancel to amend.
  4. When editing, enter the new date range and click 'Submit'.

Your time off approver(s) will be notified of changes you make.

If your booking has already been approved

For upcoming time off your time off approvers, an Admin or a Super Admin will need to:

  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Select the 'Time off' tab. 
  3. Next to your upcoming leave in the time off card, click the edit icon.
    Select deny.
  4. Click on 'Submit Decision'.

For booking in the past, your time off approvers, an Admin or a Super Admin will need to:

  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Select the 'Time off' tab. 
  3. Select 'History' in the Time Off card.
  4. On the booking, click the edit icon
  5. Select deny.
  6. Click on 'Submit Decision'

Then both you and them will be able to delete the booking.
