How often do Dynamic Lists update?
These lists update every weekday, and you receive an email once a week with what's been added and deleted. The database continually updates and fully refreshes every 2 weeks.
How do I choose what data to export from Charm on my lists?
You can hit "Change Columns" under the Brands section in the Prospector to customize what data you export. There is a similar location for this feature in lists.
Can I exclude leads from lists?
Yes, first create a static list with the brand domains you would like to omit. Then, you can use it as an exclusion list. See the “Suppression List” video on our tutorials page for more info.
