Use Charm's Lists to push new brands to Salesforce

In order to push brands and their contacts from Lists in Charm to Salesforce you must first set up the Salesforce integration and have available brand credits. You can view your brand credit count on the account tab: https://charm.io/account/



Only Static lists can be pushed to Salesforce right now, so you can choose from any existing or create a new list.




You can push records from both the Lists tab at charm.io/lists or from within a specific list using the highlighted icon above. Note: The push to Salesforce button will not show if you don’t have available credits.

Once you click to push records to Salesforce you will be prompted to confirm that you would like to complete the push. Click OK to continue.



You will receive an email notification which confirms the status of your push. The result will show if you were successful in pushing records over or provide an explanation of any issues that occurred.
