Installing our Expert Advisor is a three step process and only needs to be done once. It takes about 5 minutes.

Note: If you are running EA Version 4.5 or higher, click here

For EA Version 4.4 continue as per below

3 Steps:

Here is a video of the process, if you prefer written instructions, they  are below.

  1. On your Chasing Returns Import page, select 'Download our Expert Advisor"

   2.  Close your MetaTrader 4 Platform, then double click the Chasing Returns EA to install it.

   3. If you receive a security warning, don't worry. This EA cannot harm your computer

   4. Click 'Run'

2) FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION WIZARD

Follow the installer instructions and click NEXT until the end.  If you want more detail you can review here. 

3) CONNECT THE EA

   1. Open your MetaTrader 4 platform

   2. Login to your Trade Account (if you have multiple accounts, select the one your want to synchronise). 

   3. In the panel at the base of the screen, select the tab ‘Account History’. Click into the data, then right-click and select ‘All History’

   4. Open a chart to add Chasing Returns EA to (a chart can only have one Expert Advisor). Note the EA will REPLACE the chart, so select one you don't use / need.

   5. In the Navigator section on the screen, you will see an Expert Advisors list containing 'ChasingReturns'. If you don't see the Navigator, go to the 'View' menu option in the top left and click 'Navigator'

   6. Right click on ‘ChasingReturns’ and select ‘Attach to a chart’

   7. Click 'OK'

    7. Click 'Go to App' on the EA window

    8. Enter your email address and click 'Register'

    9. Enter your password and click 'Login'

THAT’S IT!

You’re now connected. From now on, when you click on 'Go to app' on your EA, you will be logged straight into the platform.
