It is important to determine what amount of daily activity suits your trading style, and if there is negative or positive edge, examine what it is that you did that day that caused the activity or lack thereof. You could be a trader who, on a relaxed day with little movement, engages in bored trading. You also could be a trader who, after a day of activity, has a negative edge over 10k steps, because of mental and physical fatigue.
