Your cardio fitness can affect your performance. We look at your resting heart rate, and see how it can impact your performance.

The Performance Analytics' cardio fitness buckets are based on resting heart rate:

Poor: > 75 bpm

Average: 67 - 75 bpm

Good: 63 - 66 bpm

Excellent: < 63 bpm

Here is a trader with a strength in their good (63-66bpm) cardio fitness, and a weakness in their average (67-75bpm) cardio fitness.

While we cant pinpoint the reasons behind a trader's bpm, highlighting where there is a strength or weakness will allow you to examine both your environment and emotions when your heart rate varies.

If your heart rate is high, and it is a weakness, could you be over excited, or nervous, and that emotion causing your trades to underperform? Or alternatively if your heart rate is low and it is a weakness, could you be bored trading? Examining your own emotions will help you learn to regulate your emotions, which has been proven to be correlated with trader expertise.
