Important. Zendesk is only avalilable in Panel version of Chatfuel.
Follow the steps below to add and configure Zendesk in Flows:
Open Flows and click Create new to create a new flow.
Right click (RMB) anywhere on the canvas to open the menu.
Alternatively, you can use this button on the right.
Then choose Integrations ⟶ Zendesk.
Click on the Zendesk card to open its settings.
Add desired settings. For example, you can use the following properties:
{{phone}} for phone number
{{first name}} for customer name
{{email}} for email address
