1. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard:

After cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remainder of the period.


2. Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

Per our terms of service, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe your case qualifies.


3. How does the free trial work?

We may offer a free trial for new users. You might be asked to enter billing info, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

To avoid charges, cancel your subscription before the trial expires at app.chatprd.ai/settings/billing.


4. Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can manage or upgrade your plan at any time via your billing dashboard:

5. What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we'll send you a notice. You’ll need to complete the payment manually before the due date to avoid service interruption.
