Account Migration Process: How to Transfer Your Data to Check Cherry

At Check Cherry, we understand that transitioning from another software platform can be daunting, especially when it comes to migrating your data. That’s why we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Our account migration service is designed to assist users in moving their bookings, leads, and contacts from other platforms to Check Cherry. This is a one-time service, not intended for ongoing bulk imports (such as lead imports). Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide to get started with your migration.

How Our Account Migration Works

1. Send Us Your Files

  • To begin the migration process, simply send your data files to support@checkcherry.com.

  • Please include a brief description of the data you’re sending and any specific details we should know. Include any special considerations such as whether the users should receive automated messages.

2. Review and Questions

  • Once we receive your files, our team will review the data to ensure we have everything needed for a successful migration.

  • If we have any questions or need clarification, we’ll reach out to you directly to discuss the details before moving forward.

3. Importing Your Data

  • After reviewing your data, we’ll write a custom script to import your files into your Check Cherry account. This process ensures your data is accurately transferred and formatted properly for use within our platform.

4. Confirmation and Final Steps

  • Once the migration is complete, we’ll notify you that your data has been successfully imported.

  • We encourage you to review your account to ensure everything looks good. If you notice any issues, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Important Notes

One-Time Migration: This service is intended to help with migrating data from other software platforms and is offered as a one-time operation. It is not designed for bulk importing leads or other data on a recurring basis.

Data Format: To make the process as smooth as possible, please provide your data in common file formats (such as CSV or Excel). If your data is in another format, we will do our best to accommodate but may not be able to.
