I don't see the formatting on my emails in my Messages tab

You can use the formatting toolbar when editing and composing your emails, and that formatting will be visible to your clients when they view the emails in their email inbox; however, some formatting will not be visible to you in your Check Cherry Messages tab. Bold, Italics, Underline and Strikethrough will show up in your Messages tab, but colors will not.
