How can I see the total number of bookings I've had this year?

The Most Frequently Booked report will list the total number of times each package, add on, backdrop or staff was booked in a given year and the amount of revenue those bookings provided. You can even run a report to find out who your repeat customers are

Start by going to your Reports page

  1. Click on Sales --> Reporting

  2. Select the Most Frequently Booked report

The report defaults to showing the packages that were booked, but you can also list a number of other criteria including:

  • Add ons

  • Backdrops

  • Extra Category items

  • Staff

  • Customers

  • Referrers (must have referral tracking enabled)

The Most Frequently Booked report updates daily, so to get an accurate end-of-year booking, wait until January 1st to run the report for the previous year.

Can I get my Year in Review from last year?

We provide a slide show for you each year that highlights important data points for your company. There will be a banner across the top of your dashboard page to open the slideshow. If you have closed the banner, you can recover it by going to:
