How do I set up the length of time before proposals expire?

Determine how long a client has to accept a proposal by setting the default length of time in payment settings.

By default, proposals do not have an expiration date. To set the length of time clients have to accept your proposal:

  1. Go to Manage --> Payment Settings.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Additional Payment Methods and Tips.

    Under Deposits & Due Dates you will find the setting for default proposal time.

  3. Click Settings to change the default proposal expiration days.
