Packages are managed in the Package Manager, which you access by going to Manage --> Packages. Packages are organized into 3 levels - Service, Package Group and Packages. You can have as many of each level as you like.
Service Level: Top-level category that package groups are nested under. Typically a description that can apply to multiple sub-categories under it. Ex: Photo Booths, DJ Services, Mobile Bartenders, etc.
Package Group: Category that describes a collection of packages such as 360 Booths, Weddings, etc.
Packages: Nested inside each package group are your packages.

How do packages appear in online booking?
In your online booking, unless you set them to private or disabled, your Service Level image will be the first image clients see. Below is the online booking page for Check Cherry's demo account Rainier. The Service Levels help group similar packages under similar headings.
When a client clicks on a service level image, they will see your Package Groups.
Within the package groups are the packages that you have set to public:
What booking methods are available?
Each package can be booked by one of three different methods:
Online booking - the client can book online.
Request for Proposal (RFP) - clients can complete an RFP and a proposal is generated for you to approve and send to them to sign and pay.
Lead form - clients can fill out a lead form indicating which package they are interested in; you can then follow up with the client.
To change the booking method on a package, click on the Advanced tab of the package and select it's booking method.
Can I hide my pricing?
Yes, you can hide your pricing by setting the package to the Lead form booking method.
Alternatively, you can delay showing pricing by changing the setting on the Package Group:
