How to invite your customers to use Check This Out's automated text referral program

Step 1, Click on Contacts in the left-side menu

Step 2, Click on Add Contacts at the top of the page

Step 3, Click on Enter Contacts Manually or Upload Contacts from csv File to add contacts to your list

Step 4, Click on the check boxes next to the customers to whom you want to automatically send the following welcome text,

""Thank you for dining with us at [your business name] yesterday. We would like to reward you for sharing your experience with others. Click this link to send your friends a coupon and you can earn credit at [you business name] [Link to Check This Out is pre-populated}"

Step 5, Click Send Welcomes at the top of the page to immediately send your selected contacts a welcome text. We strongly recommend that you choose an optimal time for your customers to receive welcome texts so they'll engage with the referral software and send coupons to their friends and family.

NOTE:

Check This Out automatically restricts customers to one welcome text every 7 days.
Customers can send coupon invitations to as many recipients as they wish.
Customers AND coupon recipients are listed on the Contacts page.
