More and more construction related work demands good quality assurance. In CHECKD Field you can create a report with quality assurance (QA), and choose which points you want to include in your reporting. Customize to different customers, or project owners.

To create a quality assurance report, follow these easy steps:

  1. Use the tags:
The best way to track your QA is by using a single identifier. Create a tag (for example "QA") which you'll be using on all your projects.

  2. Use the tag on site:
When your are performing your quality assurance on the construction site, use the chosen tag to identify the task. In this way it will be easier to take out a quality assurance report later on, and you have all the documentation you need.

  3. Take pictures:
When you are checking the quality of your work, it is always smart to take pictures documenting the work you are doing. When you present your report later, it will contain thorough information, showing the quality of your company's work.

  4. Combine the QS tag with other tags:
CHECKD isn't limited to only one tag per item. When you combine your QA tag with another tag you can single out which quality assurance you want to document. For example; if you combine the tags "QA" and "plumber" you suddenly have a specific QA report for all plumber related activities, or with a carpenter.

  5. Use the filter system to take out the report:
Using the filter system you can specify which type of quality assurance you want to show. As mentioned above, by combining different tags you can have a endless row of different QS in the same project. Go into the item list on your project, and filter out the tag you have used, and then generate a report.

Now you have a dynamic web report, and it's easily shareable as an URL link or you can export it as an PDF file for filing later.
