A neat function in the Next Field (CHECKD) app is how it gives you the opportunity to collaborate on the task with a co-worker. The collaborator must belong to the same company in Next Field (this requires a paid subscription). To add a collaborator, just follow these simple steps:
Log into your Next Field application
Find the item (task) you want to collaborate on (you have to be assign the task)
Select the menu button (three dots) in the upper right corner
Select 'Add collaborator' and invite the co-worker you want to collaborate with
The collaborator will be able to chat, take photos and view the information on the task, but you still own the task as an 'Assigner'. All information (except the chat log) will be represented as your work.
