There are advantages with being able to create a report from the app. For example if you want to update continously from the construction site.

This is how you create a report from you mobile or tablet device:
Open the Field application and locate the project.
Open the drawing you want to create a report from.
Choose the tab called "item list". This is the overview of all the items on the drawing. The tab is located above the drawing image.
Longpress on one item in the list to activate the selection function. Then choose all the items you want in the report.
When you have selected all the items you need, hit the "generate report" button located in the top right corner. (Pic 1 below)
Choose a title for the report. The report is shareable through a link, and can be sent with everything fra email and sms.
Pro tip π: the drawings in the report can be zoomed in on PC, mobiles and tablets. This gives you a better overview of where in the drawing all the items are located βοΈ

Another process is to:
Sort/filter by using the selection buttons, to choose what you want to see, and select a tag to sort/filter on.
Selecting only delegated items.
Then you can select the tag 'deviation'
Generate a report on all items that got the deviation tag and that are delegated to someone.
