Create a report (In App)

In the CHECKD Field app you can create reports quickly while you are out in the field and working, and you can easily share the reports with other stakeholders.


This is how you create a report from you mobile or tablet device:

  1. Open the Field application and locate the project.

  2. Open the drawing you want to create a report from.

  3. Chose the tab called "item list". This is the overview of all the items on the drawing. The tab is located above the drawing image.

  4. Hold your finger on one item in the list to activate the selection function. Then choose all the items you want in the report.

  5. When you have selected all the items you need, hit the "generate report" button located in the top right corner.

  6. Choose a title for the report. The report is shareable through a link, and can be sent with e.g. email or sms.

Pro tip: the drawings in the report can be zoomed in on PC, mobiles and tablets. This gives you a better overview of where in the drawing all the items are located โœ”๏ธ
