In Next Field (CHECKD) , you can work on all projects regardless of the company you belong to, as long as you are invited. Nevertheless, it is good for the company to have an overview of all its employees in Next Field (CHECKD) , and it is then wise to enter them in the company's Next Field (CHECKD) page.
To do this, follow these easy steps:
Log in to Next Field (CHECKD) web.
Go to the company's information page, 'My Company', which you will find on the left.
Press "Add employee". (see picture below)
Enter the email addresses of those you want to invite. Remember to press the enter key to add each email. You can also copy multiple emails from another source and paste them here.
Choose which accesses they should have to the company page:
Normal rights do not allow you to change the company's account.
Admin rights offer many possibilities, including add logo, invite other people to company, change address, and more.
Press "Send invitation" to invite. All recipients will then receive a separate email with an invitation to the company. This invitation will not affect the projects they are active in.
When your employees are part of your company, they can be more easily added to all of your company's projects.
