See how you can invites users to Next Field (CHECKD)

With Next Field (CHECKD) you can easily work in projects you have been invited to, without being an employee in the company that owns the project. Nevertheless it is useful for companies to have all their employees who use Next Field (CHECKD) in their own company site.

To add your employees, follow these easy steps:

  1. Log into Next Field (CHECKD) web.

  2. Go to the 'My Company' section

  3. Click the 'Add employee' button. NB! Only users with Admin rights can invite other users.

  4. Type in or copy and paste in the email addresses you wish to send and invitation to. The email address will be their username.

  5. Choose which type of access they shall have:

    'Normal Rights' gives limited access and their access is restricted to the projects that the user are working on.
    'Admin Rights' gives multiple opportunities, i.e. adding company logo, inviting others to company, changing company address, and much more.

  6. Click the 'Send invitation' button to send the invites. All the recipients will receive a personal email with their invitation link. Invitations will be 'pending' until the user has accepted their invitation.
