Reports in CHECKD are digital (but you can download them in PDF). This means that you will be able to zoom in on your drawings, making items easier to locate in the drawing, pictures can be enhanced for a better view and the report itself is shareable through a generated link which you can send to anyone you want. To create a report, follow the steps below:
Find the project you want to create a report from.
In the project, click on the 'Items' tab.
Use the search functions to select which items you want to include in your report (learn more about how you can navigate and use your 'Item list' by clicking here.
When you have selected your items, click on 'Generate report'.
In the pop-up window, you can choose what kind of information you want to show in your report, everything is turned on by default. Before you open the report you also have the option to copy a shareable link (don't worry, you can also copy the link in the report itself).
To add signatures, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Add Signature'. Everyone you have shared the report with will have the option to sign the report.
The report can easily be shared with the link, from email to messenger, whatever you choose.
