When you use CHECKD frequently, there is a chance that you have registered many items on one or more drawings. With the filter function, you get the opportunity to specify which 'Items' you wish to see/locate on a drawing, and you can select which 'Items' should be included when generating a report.

  1. Open the drawing you wish to see

  2. Click on the search icon (inspection glass) located in the top right corner.

  3. Now the filter options will appear. You can set filters on which status the 'Item' has, and you can also search for 'Item' names and on the 'tags' used on 'Items'.

NB! This function is only made possible to 'Project owners' and 'Project admins'

  4. The drawing will update it self in the background while to use the filter options.
