To keep order of your drawings/blueprints, it is recommended to choose names that are easily recognizable to the people working on the project. The name of a drawing/blueprint typically contains an address, a building number, a floor number, or similar information. E.g. "Kings Road 1A - 1. Floor"

Drawings/blueprints are sorted automatically in numerical and alphabetical order.

By giving them well-thought-out names/numbering, you will make it easier for all project members to find the correct drawings/blueprints.

To change the name of a drawing/blueprint, you can do the following steps:

  1. Log in to the web solution

  2. Find the correct project and drawing

  3. Open the drawing you wish to change the name on

  4. Click on the menu icon (three dots) in the top right corner, and then click on 'Drawing information'.

  5. Change the name and save the changes
