Tags are used to identify which 'Items' (tasks) you have in a project. You can search for items tagged with specific words to easily group them up and keep track of their progress. When you search (filter) items, it also makes it easier to generate reports based on the type of work that has been done.

In other words, tags like QA, Deviation, Plumber, Carpenter, etc. identify items that are tied to that specific subject. You can create and combine several tags to be more specific.

We recommend that you decide which tags that are to be used in specific projects and which tags should be available as a standard in form of a predefined list on company level. Learn more about standardized use of tags by clicking here.
