When you make an inspection, document deviations, perform QA work, and more, you log all the information in items. Items can be created on a drawing or without location. An item is delegated to a person, and all communication and images are in that item, so it is easy to follow up.

Items have 5 distinct color codes indicating the status of the particular item:

  • Gray: Open. This item has been created and is owned by the person who created it.

  • Red: Delegated. The item has been sent to someone for execution. The recipient has not yet accepted it.

  • Yellow: In Progress. The item is confirmed received by the person and they will typically start working on it. Now the user can document their work and ask questions in the chat.

  • Blue: Fixed. The recipient who was to perform the work has now confirmed that they have fixed the task. You can now check if you are satisfied with the work and the documentation. You can choose to 'Reject' the fix if you are not satisfied. If you do, the status will be reverted to the color yellow (in progress).

  • Green: Approved and closed. You have confirmed that the work has been completed and the item is now closed.
