All checklists/reports start with the default name for the type of checklist you have selected. When you save a checklist you have created for the first time, you have the option to give it a name. Sometimes it goes too fast and you want to change the name afterwards. To do so, follow these steps:
Log in to the web portal
Go to the "Reports" tab, and then select the report you want to rename.
Click on the report
Once you have opened the report, tap on the menu icon at the top right (the three dots) and select "Edit report title"
Then enter a new name and press "save"
Then you have changed the title of the report
