Remove an employee from your company

If an employee has resigned and left the company, you probably wish to remove that person from your list of employees (remove their access).

To do this you may follow these steps:

  • Go to the 'My Company' section on the left hand side, from there you will access the 'Company Page'.

  • Click on 'Employees' to open a dropdown list.

  • Then find the employee you wish to remove and click on the 3-dot icon.

  • Now select 'Remove member from company'

Remove a person from a project

To remove a person from a project, you may follow these steps:

  • Go to the 'Projects' section on the left hand side, from there you will access the 'Projects' page.

  • Click on the project in mind

  • Then click on the 'People' tab (shown on the picture below)

  • Now click on the 3-dot icon and click on 'Remove from project'

What happens when an employee gets removed from the company

When you remove an employee from your company's Next Field (CHECKD) account, the following will happen:

  • The employee is removed from the company's employee list and will lose access to the 'Company page'

  • If you have the 'Forms Pro' module, the employee will no longer have access to these features

NB! Removed employees will not be removed from the projects you have added them to. To remove them from a project/s, you first have to go in to each specific project and remove them from there (see the steps shows above).

What happens when a person gets removed from a project

All the data in a project belongs to the company that created the project, and not the person/s that have worked on the project. In other words, when you remove a person from from a project, all data that has been created by the user (tasks/items, pictures, comments etc) will still remain in the project.
