From the CHECKD web application (web.checkd.it), you can archive projects when your projects are completed.

To archive a project you can do the following steps:

  1. Go to 'Project' in the main menu on the left-hand side, and then the tab ' My projects'

  2. In your list of projects, you can see a 3-dot icon on each project on the right-hand side. Click on the 3-dot icon and select the option 'Archive project'

  3. The project will now get archived, and will be moved from 'My projects' tab to the 'Archived' tab. You can no longer work in the project (edit or create something). All the project members will get a notification in their app, that the project is now 'Archived'

  4. The project will not be accessible in the CHECKD field app any longer, but will always be accessible under the 'Archived' tab.
