When you have created an 'Item' (task), you have the possibility to make one or more copies of that 'Item'. This can be beneficial for you if you are planning to create many similar/identical items that will be placed in distinct locations in your project, e.g. many identical items in the same room or building.

When you copy an 'Item', you choose how many copies you would like to make. Thereafter you drag and drop each item pin to the desired location.

To copy an item you can do the following steps:

  • Open the project you have in mind

  • Go to the drawing to make items with a fixed location, or the Item list to make items without a location.

  • Click on the menu button (three dots) and choose the function 'Duplicate'.

  • Choose how many copies you would like to make and when you have made your copies, place them on the correct location by dragging and dropping the Item pins. From a drawing you can also right-click with your mouse cursor on the Item pin to get the option 'Duplicate'.

NB! The Item that you are going to copy must have the status, 'Open' or 'Delegated', in other words, grey or red color, to be able to copy them.
