On Quality Assurance observations, the key element is the use of correct tags each time you log an 'Item', e.g. QA. You can use multiple tags, as long as the tags are relevant for that 'Item'. e.g. QA, Deviation, Paint, etc.

With the CHECKD Field App, you can log 'Items' while out in the field, as long as you bring your phone or tablet. While logging an 'Item' you can assign it directly to a person that will be responsible for working on and completing the task. E.g. you observe several deviations on a bathroom that is being renovated. You now create x-amount of 'Items' to be dealt with. Here, relevant tags could be, QA, Deviation, Plumber, Bathroom, Tiles, etc.

To follow up on a QA 'Item' you can do the following steps:

  1. Open the project where you log your QA observations, and select the relevant drawing/blueprint.

  2. Hold your finger on the drawing to place an 'Item' on the desired location.

  3. Choose a relevant and intuitive title, and elaborate further in the description field.

  4. Tag the 'Item' with QA and other relevant 'Tags' if necessary.

  5. Take photos and assign the 'Item' to the person responsible for the task at hand.

Here is an example of how to log an 'Item' while using the CHECKD Field App.
