Accept multiple Items (tasks) at once

This is how you accept many items / tasks in one action

From the web-application you can accept several or all items (tasks) that has been assigned to you, quick and easy. In other words, you don't have to open one and one item and accept them, but rather select them all at once.

Follow these steps to accept multiple/all 'Items' simultaneously:

  1. Open the project you are working on

  2. Go to the 'Items' tab and check off all the Items you are going to accept.
    ​Pro tip! You can filter out all tasks that do not have the status 'Delegated' (red) so that you can quickly see the ones that you have not accepted yet.

  3. When you have checked off all the items, you can go to 'More actions' and select 'Accept' to accept the items.

  4. Select "Yes" in the pop-up to accept all the items, and set them to "In progress" (yellow).
