Some checklists are for internal use only, but sometimes you are in a situation where you have a list you want to share with someone outside your company. With the Forms Pro module, you can not only create your own checklists, but also share them with all participants in the projects you want.

To do this, first open the project you want to share checklists in, and then go to the info page. In the second block, tap the pencil icon to add checklists.

After pressing the pencil icon, check all the checklists you want to make available. These checklists will now be the ones that appear first in a project.

To make them accessible to everyone, including external ones, click on "enable public templates for all project members" (see photo).

Remember to press the save button when you are done!

It's that simple, and you can now share checklists with everyone in your project, from subcontractor to client.
