invitation; may not log in to project; received invitation but does not come in

When you send an invitation to a sub-contractor to invite them into a project, they may see this message:

If this user is logged in with another (email) user, they must log out of that user first, before they can accept / accept your invitation.

(This typically happens by having several emails in the same company; For example: nicolay.benjamin@checkd.it and nibe@checkd.it. If you have previously logged in with nibe@checkd.it and receive an email on nicolay. benjamin@checkd.it you will receive this message as shown above.)

Therefore, it is important to make sure that the user is either logged out or that they check which user they are logged in with.

You can find this out by pressing (the three lines at the top left of your phone when they are logged in to the field app.)

If you use iOS, you can see the user at the bottom.

If you use Android, you can see the user at the top

Then you can send a new invitation to the user they are logged in with.

You only get that link up on the web version, so then the user must log out of the web page on mobile and not in the app. If you log out of the Next Field app, this will not have any effect on the web version.
