You might have access to more than one Next Field (CHECKD) user. (We do not recommend this.) Be sure to log in with the correct user (the same user) on both the web and Field app while you are working and logging information.
If you need to log out from one of the users you have access to, you can do the following steps:
Web:
Navigate to the top right corner and click on your profile icon
Select 'Logout'
Field App:
Navigate to the top left corner and click on the three lines to access a menu
Select 'Logout'
