  1. Log in at CHECKD web.

  2. Go to your company page. You will find it by clicking on 'My Company' (as shown in picture below)

  3. To be able to edit / create templates, you need to be a company admin.

  4. Click on the blue banner below 'Click here to see your company's Forms templates'. Here is a list over all available (published) templates for your company and all those in draft that are created but not yet published.

In the item element area you could enter a prefilled info:

  1. Title (This is the text that appear together with the '+' sign on your template and are the item of the connection (i.e. + Deviation)

  2. Info (everything entered here will appear when pressing the blue 'i' on righthand side, this is an information button, where you could add in information of your task.

  3. Prefilled title of your item/task

  4. Prefilled description (It is here you enter what you want the user should fill in on the item)

  5. Prefilled tags (here you have the opportunity to prefill tags that you want to connect to the item (i.e. deviation, inspection, painter)
