Change filters and columns based on what data you wish to see and what you need to filter on.

You can change the setup of columns in the 'Item' list in your projects.

  1. Open a project

  2. Click on the 'Items' tab

  3. Click on the 'Columns' function (shown on the picture below)

You can change/rearrange the order of the columns shown in the item list. You can also select/deselect which columns you wish to include in your view. In other words, you can hide the data that is less relevant to you.

To change the order of the columns, click and hold your mouse cursor and drag it to the position you want (up or down).

The changes you do will affect your user account only and will be applied to all projects you view. The changes autosave, in other words, you don't have to save the changes manually.

These are the columns (filters) you can use:

  • Number & Status

  • Title of Item

  • Drawing

  • Description

  • Tags

  • Created by

  • Assigned by

  • Assigner company

  • Created at (date)

  • Due date (date)

  • Assigned to

  • Report connection

Another feature you should know about:

  • Items pr. page

This function decides how many items you can view pr. page (see the picture below)
