  1. Here you get a full overview of the building block "Text Field" in FORMS Builder.

  2. This is a plain text field where you can enter text under "title."

  3. Insert text under info to include a help text hidden under (i) on the right side. Here, you can add a lot of valuable background information. (By clicking on the i-button on the right side in the interaction window, the text will appear there.) (Image 1 below) See a separate article on how to do this [here].

On the right side (interaction image), you can enter a name (e.g., type in the person/participant here) (Image 1).

At the bottom, we see how to mark how it will appear in the PDF. "Quarter" and "Half" indicate the amount of space used on your pdf.
