Sometimes there are items you can't see on your project while using the app.
Most likely, these items are 'Closed' (completed).
How do you find them and make them visible again?
Open the project you have in mind
Click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner and a filter will open
Select 'Closed' on the filter to show closed items
